Why PY 2024 still matters
TEN 01-25 is useful when analyzing California’s PY 2024 reports, comparing performance across years, or explaining why some measures were reported but not yet included in the full federal sanction framework. DOL explicitly said the PY 2024 determination applied only to that program year and would be reconsidered for PY 2025 as another year of data became available.
